A scarce original circa 1941 to 1947 issue 'Royal Observer Corps other ranks cloth badge' worn on the left breast of the Battledress Blouse; large bound edged woven oval, bearing a grey embroidered King George VI crowned circlet, title and eagle to the centre, the reverse with black hessian lining. R.O.C. A scarce, 1941 to 1952 large silver plate badge with pale blue enamel circlet 'Forewarned is Forearmed' and 'Royal Observer Corps', surmounted by a King's Crown.
