c1979-2006 Gosport Based Royal Marines Light Infantry (RMLI) Cadet Marching Band Shoulder Title Patch Badge

The R.M.L.I. cadet marching band was based in Gosport, Hampshire from 1979-2006. Founded by Reg Coates. R.M.L.I.C.M.B. cash tape shoulder title. VGC.

The 'RMLICMB' cash tape badges were for the 'new intake' uniforms a light blue shirt and a dark blue jumper. The green and red badges were worn on the red jumpers when the cadets 'passed out' on joining the band.  read more

Pin badge pre1952 King's Crown, Shipping Line enamel sweetheart badge. SS Orontes was a passenger ship owned by Orient Line.

The ship was built in 1929 by Vickers Armstrong at Barrow-in-Furness, England.
