This is a desirable WH (Heeres) enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO-) type collar-tab piped in the typical, dark-green-coloured (ie. 'generic'-styled) branch colour and have an equally darker-green-coloured 'centre-stripe' and that were as such intended for usage by all soldiers (ie. NCOs) within all 'Heeres'-related branches of the: 'Deutsche Wehrmacht' throughout the war.
