A good and early war time period embroidered serif type lettering Para Regt shoulder title. Slight tear to top edge. Removed from Battle Dress.

Introduced at the end of 1943 to replace the then worn 'Airborne' shoulder title by the Parachute Regiment. This type was replaced by the well known dark blue on light blue Parachute Regimental shoulder title. This example is in a fine condition lovely scarcer white backed and removed from Battle Dress (BD).
