White metal (possibly unmarked silver), Queen Alexandra's Imperial Nursing Service Reserve medal. A collar badge which has been converted contemporary and professionally, cWWII era for the 'Tippet badge' of the Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service Reserve.

From it's foundation in 1908,(from what had been Princess Christian's Army Nursing Service Reserve) until 1949, this badge would have been worn on the Cape or Tippet.
