cWWII Canadian Military HQ. The gold maple leaf, the national emblem of Canada, set on a black circle within a golden border. Removed from uniform. GC.

Established in the autumn of 1939 to command and administer, other than operationally, all the Canadian Forces in the UK and European theatres of operations. The HQ was located in Cockspur Street, London near to Trafalgar Square.
