A rare HP with three lugs fastenings (north, east and west). Red felt backing as worn. Worn circa 1883-1905. HQ at Gloucester.

Note: Brinson states this style of plate with the Victorian crown was worn right through to 1908, although a version with the South Africa honour was used circa 1905-08.
